“Vrouwe Wietske” is in Groningen gebouwd omstreeks 1899. Het onderschip is van staal en door de huidige bewoners grondig aangepakt. In 2021 geheel voorzien van nieuwe duurzame eikenhouten opbouw en kozijnen en in oktober nog op de helling geweest voor inspectie en reparatie aan het onderschip. De ark verkeerd in een perfecte staat van onderhoudt. Het vlak inspectierapport hiervan is aanwezig.

The cozy houseboat with oak structure is located on the quiet part on the corner of the Lindengracht, right in the middle of the famous Jordaan, with all kinds of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Has two bedrooms and an open study. This can be converted into a third bedroom through a simple operation.
Layout
Entrance hall with access to all rooms, what immediately strikes upon entering is the light that falls in from both sides. The living room with skylight is located at the front and has an open kitchen with appliances and a bay window.
From the hall is the bathroom accessible, this is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine connection. The first bedroom is located directly next to the bathroom and is approximately 2.50m x 3.02m, then you will find the open office also measuring 2.50m x 3.03m. Here you can easily create an extra bedroom by placing a wall and door frame. At the rear is the spacious third bedroom, this is divided into two parts, the first part is approximately 3.94m x 2.96m and next to it is the sleeping area located, this is accessed via a small staircase.
